Price List
1. General Provisions
- The use of the services is free for candidates.
- The prices listed in this document are in euros and are net, plus the applicable statutory VAT.
- The request fee and brokerage commissions are invoiced at the beginning of the month for the previous month. The payment deadline is 14 days. Payments are made by transfer to the business account indicated on the respective invoice.
2. Price List
- To ensure that resources can be focused on serious inquiries, a request fee of €20 per inquiry will be charged.
- Inquiry fees are credited against any brokerage commissions.
In the event of a contract being established, brokerage commissions are due:
• Internship: €800
• Working Student: €1,200
• Apprenticeship: €2,000
• Dual Study Program: €2,500
• Freelancer: €3,000
• Permanent Employment: 1 Month's Gross Salary
• Other Type of Mediation: €500
3. Refund Criteria
- A refund of the brokerage commission minus the inquiry fee will only be granted if the criteria defined below for the respective type of brokerage are met.
Depending on the Type of Mediation, the Following Refund Criteria Apply:
• Internship: Full Refund if the Internship is Terminated Early by Either Party Within the First Two Weeks.
• Working Student: Full Refund if the Contract Ends Early Within the First Month.
• Training: Full Refund if the Training Relationship is Terminated During the Probationary Period.
• Dual Study: Full Reimbursement if Employment is Terminated During the Probationary Period.
• Freelancer: Full refund if the freelancer does not start the contract or if the collaboration is terminated early within the first two weeks.
• Permanent Employment: Full Refund if the Employment Relationship is Terminated During the Probationary Period.
• Other Type of Mediation: No Refund Possible.
- A refund is excluded if the employer breaches contractual obligations towards Introfy or the candidate or withholds essential information from Introfy.
